North Figueroa Association

Caring for Highland Park’s main street.

The North Figueroa Association (NFA) is the nonprofit management organization for the Highland Park Business Improvement District, and an advocate for North Figueroa property owners.

Our mission

Empowering and aiding the growth, development and revitalization of the North Figueroa Corridor — and maintaining its historic value — so stakeholders can conduct commerce, live and play.

Our goals
  • Provide clean, safe and beautification programs that improve economic prosperity for property owners, businesses and the community.
  • Bring public and private investment into the district and surrounding area for public benefit and charitable purposes.
  • Support educational, cultural, artistic, charitable, social and public improvements.
  • Increase economic well-being for property owners, employees and businesses.
  • Provide improvements and activities that assist economic and commercial revitalization.
